Declutter Your Home For Emotional Clarity Checklist

1. Prepare Your Mind & Space

2. Start Small to Avoid Overwhelm

3. Sort With Purpose
☐ Pick up each item and ask: Does this support my peace or stress me out?
☐ Keep only what is useful, meaningful, or calming
